O beautiful, for spacious skies, for amber waves of grain, for purple mountain majesties above the fruited plain! America! America! God shed His grace on thee, and crown thy good with brotherhood, from sea to shining sea.
- Support small farmers. Buy local.
- Switch from meat and fish to beans and grains.
- Do not buy processed anything.
- Stop thinking that you and your kids need to drink milk to be healthy. It is a lie.
- Take care of your body. It is your temple.
- Cook and eat at home.
- Plant a garden.
- Observe nature.
- Recycle.
- Do something nice for someone.
- Slow down.
- Be grateful.
